MR PROJECT RESUMES OFFICE
The chairman of Yenagoa City Council, Hon. Oboku Oforji has resumed as the Council Boss.
Hon. Oforji who received a hand-over note from the Head of Local Government Authority, Dr. Ovienadu Torutein in his office today was accompanied by the DAGS Mrs Tari Amade, the Treasurer of the council, Comr. Akpos Ekiogha in the present of the vice chairman of the council Hon. (Mrs) Comfort Canus, the Political Secretary of the council, Hon. Ndiwari Bulodisiye and others, reassured his commitment to the welfare of the workers and his vision of building and initiating projects that will boost the council IGR.
Thereafter, the chairman led his team to the Ekeki park to see the stage at which the job is.
Briefing journalists at the spot, he said the project is key to the council and he immediately gave a matching order for the remobilization of workers to site.
Hon. (Mrs) Comfort Canus who is the Vice Chairman of the council, on her part, promised to give the chairman all the necessary support needed of her in seeing that the chairman achieve his desire goal for the council.
