HE REMAINS SECRETARY TO STATE GOVERNMET

The attention of the Secretary to the Bayelsa State Government HRH (Barr) David Serena-Dokubo Spiff has been drawn to the unfounded and malicious rumours of his purported resignation from the office of Secretary to the Bayelsa State Government.

We hearby state categorically and unequivocally in all intents and purposes that, HRH (Barr) David Serena- Dokubo Spiff has not resigned his appointment as Secretary to the Bayelsa State Government freely given to him by His Excellency, Hon. Henry Seriake Dickson which he cherish and consider himself honoured and previledged.

We therefore assure the general public that he remains the Secretary to the State Government and at no time rendered his resignation to the Governor or said anything of such to anybody.

We hereby advice mischief makers with a mission to dent his image and bring odium to the state government to seek meaningful engagement elsewhere. He will continue to contribute his best to support the Restoration Administration under the dynamic and courageous leadership of Governor Henry Seriake Dickson with landmark achievements.
