Neymar Pens New Five Year Deal

Barcelona have announced that Neymar has signed a new five-year contract with the club

Barcelona have foiled Real Madrid, Manchester United and City as well as Paris Saint-Germain’s plans to sign Neymar by tying down the striker to a new five-year deal, reports ESPN Brasil.
The Brazilian, who finished 2015 on the Ballon d’Or podium, is claimed to have signed a lucrative new contract with the club until 2021, in the process making him the second-highest-paid player at Camp Nou behind Lionel Messi.
Neymar’s Barcelona future had previously been uncertain given the interest in him being shown from across Europe, while his entourage had frequently expressed their frustrations with Spain owing to ongoing investigations in his tax situation by the authorities there.
However, convincing the 24-year-old to extend his stay in Catalonia would be a major boost from the club, whom he helped fire to five trophies last year alone.
